5-Minute Burrata Board

Staying in is one of my favorite ways to make an ordinary night feel a little special. This burrata board is one of those go-to recipes that look beautiful, tastes incredible, and comes together in minutes. It’s simple, a little elevated, and perfect when you want something easy that still feels thoughtful.

5-Minute Burrata Board

A quick, elegant appetizer that feels restaurant-worthy but comes together in minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball burrata
  • 4-6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful fresh arugula
  • 4-5 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 1 drizzle balsamic glaze
  • flaky salt and fresh ground pepper

Method
 

  1. 1. Place the burrata in the center of the plate.
    2. Add the tomatoes, arugula, and torn prosciutto around it.
    3. Tear fresh basil over the top.
    4. Drizzle with olive oil and a small amount of balsamic glaze.
    5. Finish with flaky salt and freshly ground pepper.
    6. Serve with warm baguette and enjoy
